I just downloaded and installed the "CAM Commercial Offices BSC", uploaded by Barbyw.  When I read the readme there were other dependencies that I needed for the buildings themselves (See Photo below) when I clicked on the links it took me to a something happened page on the STEX. (see second photo.)

I was able to locate two of the files listed over on the stex so I know it is not a problem with the stex. Maybe the links are broken or the files are no long available.  I tried using the search engine but I only found "Golden Bank by O'Neill" and "Keaton Plaza by DuskTroopers".

Would someone know how to locate the other files?

I have moved your topic into the "Where can I find this ...?" thread, as to your first problem

this happens quite regularly and if you wait a few minutes and try again it should work, but if you haven't already I would suggest you bring this to the attention of the Simtropolis staff.
