Title: Need help for changing proporties

Ok I made a lot with a few trees and a Gnome.... I want the lot to be able to slightly decrees water pollution and greatly decrees air pollution. If some one could point me toward a tutorial on how to do so I would appreciate it.

I don't know tutorials but you can do it easily with the Ilive LEProp (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=657) ;)

Thanks but there is no download type button... I'm new to the site... googled to find it.
