Sadly will be losing my interenet in a few weeks and am wondering how I might be able to download these tutorials into a format that I will be able to read once I am offline....

Your browser should have the option to save the page in the File tab.  Save each page as a complete web page.

WIthout internet, you will have to copy not only the web pages, but all link images.. such as photobucket etc images as they won't be "found" without an internet I believe

Saving the complete page will download all of the pictures.  It ends up looking like a LEX readme, an .html file with a folder containing all of the images.
