Title: How to make a traffic/train/tram generator?

Well, that's the question. I recently downloaded some euro traffic generator but I'm considering to make some more with the VIP Team cars.

I don't really know how to do what you ask.

However, traffic needs to be 3D models, which the VIP cars are not.
