I have two types that I have made from Ripptide's models that he used in his Emergency Vehicle Prop Pack:

The European unit only has blue rotating beacons on the roof.

The North American one has two variants, one with blue lights and one without them.
There is a New York City reskin of my North American unit as well: http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=17729 (http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=17729). I haven't checked this one out myself, but I assume it is properly done like my originals that were used for the base model.
