anyone know where i can get bldgprop vol1 & 2
Right here (http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?page=7) (clicking on the "EA Support" button takes you to that page). Once you've agreed to the EULA, click the disk icon for "Lot Editor", and those files are contained on that page.
