I expected response weixc812 .... but it was good you comment.
I do not know if there is any difficulty related to CN's creators posting out, however strange the fact fANTA (http://simcity.cn/space.php?action=viewpro&uid=9708) have withdrawn their stuff on the Stex.
It's a lost because there are some surveys that would be very welcome and of course the plugins.
The automatic translation to Chinese is still only tolerable then maybe it would be more understandable if they did the posting of the material in English.
