The winning badge will be used by the members that have their upload rights.  The voted winner will win a surprise.  Everyone has two votes for their favourite and five days to vote.

Is that badge for everyone with upload right or only for those who don't have any custom badge? I've got the feeling that not everyone with upload rights has a badge. For example, Girafe has upload rights to the LEX, but he doesn't have an uploaders' badge.

You get the Scrutineer badge which is for people who have fully access to the LEX  ;)
