Title: Using Cleanitol TM and it says im missing some dependancies

MISSING : bldgprop_vol2.dat
You seem to be missing some dependancies

where can i download it?

You can download bldprop_vol1.dat and bldgprop_vol2.dat here at http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?page=6
First you have to agree to the EA EULA, and then go to the "Lot Editor" section. The files can be downloaded there.
