Title: Help with Bsc Essentials

With bsc essentials do I need the cam residential commercial and industrial?  Or does it have them in bsc essentials?

You mean the CAM (industrial/commercial/residential) queries? Those are indeed included in BSC Essentials now.

BSC essentials only holds queries and the like. You'll still need to download the CAM lots, like the one you linked to. And don't forget to download their respective dependencies as well.
