I have downloaded these lots (http://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/26114-roadside-parking-lots-pack/) and all the dependencies. A few lots are "with tree" but the trees doesn't appears.
I'm missing one dependancy, someone knows wich one ?

From the picture it looks like many of those trees might be seasonal. If they are the seasonal ones, the trees will not appear until the beginning of the next seasonal variation (if you plant it in mid July, for example, trees will not appear until the fall - sometime around September 1st).
