I'm looking for the following dependency: "T1 Greenhouse Props"
not sure if that is part of a pack? I assume it is for the greenhouses on this picture. (The lot in the middle)

The Tag One green house is a large commercial farming style green house. The greenhouse in the 3rd lot (above) is a Maxis Prop. I don't know why this STEX download lists the T1 greenhouse as a dependency. Unless it is in a file still on the STEX that was never ported over to the LEX. I personally think it is a false dependency.

Actually they are indeed Tag_One's creation.
You can find the greenhouse props in this (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=2744) upload.
But you do not need this pack, because the five lots you show do not contain any prop by Tag_One, as far as I can see. So the reference is almost certainly not correct.
I advise you to install the five houses and open them in an lot editor and have a look if something is missing.
