A few years ago, Trias posted a picture named Traffic_noise.png that was later incorporated into "A Guide to the Operation of the Traffic Simulator" with his permission. However, the photo has now disappeared, and Trias is no longer active. Did anyone happen to save the Guide and include the picture? A copy of the picture would be much appreciated.
It's not on the wiki (http://www.wiki.sc4devotion.com/index.php?title=Understanding_the_Traffic_Simulator#Customers.2FTraffic_Noise_Coefficient), is it? There's only one image and I don't think that the pic you mean.

No, that's not it. The missing picture was actually noticed when the Guide was being copied to the Wiki. On the page of your link, you can see two image references; I had a copy of the second, but we still need the first.
I've got a PDF of the topic, I'm just taking a snapshot of the picture you should be able to replicate it from this, see attachment to this post
