Is There A Way To Mod Building To Be Historical?

Someone PM me about because they love my building and and do not want it to be replaced by taller buildings. :D

You mean to have it grow already marked as historic?! That would be quite helpful indeed though I've never read anything about it.  &mmm

I don't think this is possible, I think I remember talking to Ripplejet about this some time ago, but I can't find the post now.
