Hello, because of Rush Hour is out of stock and I want to upgrade my SC4 to 1.1640, I was searching formules.
1. IF I BUY ORIGINAL (not copy or cracked) DELUXE EDITION, AM I ABLE TO DOWNLOAD MODS AND PLAY WITHOUT PROBLEM ?
2. IF I BUY ORIGINAL DELUXE EDITION, AM I ABLE TO UPGRADE GAME BY USING EP1 and SC4Update4BAT ?

There are three versions of SimCity 4
1. SimCity 4 (original game)
2. SimCity 4 + Rushhour
3. SimCity 4 Deluxe (combines SimCity 4 + Rushhour together)
You need either 2 or 3 if you wish to use mods or upgrade game to 1.1640 using EP1 and also install SC4Update4BAT
