It's always great to see a new MD.
I see you have choosen a very easy map to use. By this I mean flat and if I can be perfectly honest.....a little boring. There are a lot of real world maps out there now with so much detail that suggest you pick one of them. It is a little harder to build on, but in my experience the end result is much better. I looked over your last MD and the few updates you made had good building style.
Anyways, just my opinion of this map.
I look forward to seeing more.

Flat doesn't need to be boring - I can testify ;D

But I would advise at least some more custom content. Trees are a great way to start sprucing up things (pun intended).

Creek, Conifer, Webster Lake, and Wheaton. We will see some development in all
towns except Haresty Creek.

Downtown view of Conifer

Nice little update in the town of Bennett, now the most populace city in Hamilton. Over 10,000 people now reside in Bennett with over 5,000 in Hamilton.

A condo pops up on the edge of town.

Looks nice!

You might want to use the wide curves for the railway.

Also if you raise the ground with the holedigger on each side of the river, you can get away from using that horribly ugly and unrealistic maxis bridge.  $%Grinno$% the flat one is much more beautiful.

Are you using a slope mod? Your rail slopes are a bit harsh.

This CJ has a nice style, though perhaps some non-Maxis flora would spruce up the open areas a little bit more. It seems to be the main thing that this CJ misses; good flora placement will help define the open spaces as city borders rather than un-played parts of town.

I like the details in the housing area - looks like it took some time to get it looking like that. Also looking forward to seeing it filled in.

Congratulations, Scott. I like the first in-game shot the best. I'll buy that big estate in the middle if it's available. Nice job on the industrial area, too. It isn't easy to make industry look appealing, much less an acceptable part of the city. Or maybe I should say, "...a necessary evil in any city." :D

First off, thank you for the honor.  :)

While I am off working on the town of West Trenton, I will present everyone with some close up shots of the oldest city, Hamilton, at over 21 years. Hamilton is not quite the biggest town. That goes to her sister city of Bennett just up the road.

First a shot of the recycling center. Both towns do a lot of recycling.

Next we have some shots of some parks. Hamilton is famous for its park system
(https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FxooM0VP.jpg&hash=9d1262294b0e39f8d96effffc32e80eaa3934e3f)

Various citizens have pools in their yards

The school system is second to none

Hamilton also has nice places to eat. A Pizza Hut in between a sushi and cantina place

RRW -> Real RailWay, part of the newest NAM. Changes the general aspect of the rail lines for a better more realist look.

Also I think I already suggested you to use the wide radius curve for the railway, it looks MUCH better with them than without them. I don't even say that to be mean. But seriously, you produce nice cities and the pictures are quite nice. But then you show the railway with the standard extremely short curve that comes and ruins the whole picture. If you don't like them at least say so, so that my suggestion is not just for the wind and prove that you at least read what other people write.

That being said, nice park. I can definitely see where it's going! Try to add some trees on the grass to give a more alive feeling to the park.

Nice park! Though as Paeng already said I'd remove one of the statues as well. Two of them seems a bit too much.  :D

Also I concur with Arthur: put in some widecurves! Not only will the rail benefit but there're also quite nice fillers (http://www.simpeg.com/forum/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=600) for road wide curves!

Nice park! Though as Paeng already said I'd remove one of the statues as well. Two of them seems a bit too much.  :D

I will work with and see if anything works out  :)

Thanks
