Hi Pioneer

Not sure what's causing the problem with your city ... Is it a new or existing City?

Have also noticed on your crash report that it says version 1.1.610.0 it should be 1.1.640.0 you need to install the updates for the game which you can find over here

I had been having this exact problem on 1.1.640, all cities crashing within 30 seconds of loading the tile, after my massive move from a 2003 WinXP computer that was overheating playing SC4 to a VirtualBox virtual machine of Windows 7 x64 (on a 2013 MacBook Air; SC4 is the fastest I've ever seen it run, and that is so refreshing to see).

The culprit for me was Lowkee's Appalachian terrain mod. It used textures that require hardware acceleration, something VBox does not support. Everything else worked.
