As regard the first pic, iirc there should be something like this already made.
As for the request, you posted two pics of different trains, and not very descriptive shots either, so it's probably best to pick one and go with it. Putting two different trains in will confuse the issue and likely be ignored (due to lack of clarity).
Also, where in the Philippines? Manilla? City location is also necessary. Countries don't usually have the same liveries when it comes to light rail/rapid transit

Manila got 3 el-rail lines. and different name line and train color. ;)
