Yes, that's helpful indeed. However, for this particular picture Simcoug stitched together zoom1 cityviews. (http://www.simpeg.com/forum/index.php?topic=10168.msg222700#msg222700)

Yep - It (stitching) took a little extra time, but trying to get the same shot using the region view and some of the extra 'transform' tools in photoshop doesn't have the same effect:
