I have to make a transition from RHW to Road (I Need Access to RCI Zones). Is it possible or do I have to look for another solution?

It is indeed possible if you're using an RHW-2--just drag the Road into the end of the RHW-2. No puzzle pieces needed. If you also use the NWM, there's some draggable transitions that work the exact same way on that end, which work with wider RHWs.

If you're speaking about a transition from RHW 2 to a road, you can just drag a road from the RHW and the other way round.
RHW 4 can be connected to an avenue, TLA 5 or RD 4 (not completely sure) and one way road, RHW 6C can be connected to AVE 6 or TLA 7 networks, 6S can be connected to RD 6 and MIS can be converted to one way roads. Tarkus just said that
For other networks you have to plop transitions to the appropriate kind of RHW first. If the road gets congested, you might let the RHW terminate at a roundabout and connect multiple roads to it.
