Anyone having issues getting on simtropolis? I get a message saying that it's offline. Is it maintainance or what?
Simtropolis is currently sleeping. Please tuck it in gently, sing it a lullaby and check back every hour to make sure it hasn't rolled over on its side.
Can't be too careful about these things.
If you ever have questions about Simtropolis outages, check the Simtropolis Twitter account (https://twitter.com/Simtropolis) (http://www.twitter.com/simtropolis). If it's a serious outage rather than a minor blip, the Dirktator is good about updating the situation.

They're back! I'm getting 403 Forbidden errors when trying to log into most of the site (i.e. anything beginning with community.simtropolis.com)

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Same here. Guess it's not completely solved after all.
Simtropolis is now back up and running...here's to hoping that it will stay that way for more than 24 hours..... :D
