I downloaded the NAM to install it in my computer. I installed the patch 1.1.638 for the deluxe edition, but the installer programm say me i have to install in addition the patch 1.1.640. I looked for in internet but I didn't find it.
Where could I download it ?

You can find it here, (http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?page=14) although this patch is only needed so you will see night lights on custom buildings, so far as I know only the 1.1.638 patch is required to install the NAM.
I encountered this the other day (during a system reinstall) and indeed, the prompt for the 1.1.640 patch is a suggestion, not a necessity, and can be successfully ignored (unlike the 1.1.638 prompt, which will cancel the installation if you refuse).
Of course, I installed the BAT/nightlight update patch anyways, but you should be able to ignore it if you want to. The NAM does not force people to have proper nightviews on custom buildings. Only that you have the required fixes from the 638 patch.
