Hello everyone,
Please see the file atached. Does anyone know how to create that overpass? It looks like a RHW-8c going over the road, but i could not find the pieces to make the transition from ground to elevated. Could someone give me directions?

That's a FLEX transition; look for the FLEX menu buttons in the highway menu. FLEX ramps and transitions offer some setups that don't exist as puzzle pieces. Puzzle pieces will be phased out and all new development will go into FLEX pieces.
