Question 1:
I made the sc4model in 3dmax 2012,and the Z-axis is 0(some other models are ok in this way).
Then I transfer it into prop, in lod editor I can see it, but in SC4, I cannot see it, otherwise NBVC marine's props is OK(see attach figs). how to fix it? Thanks.
I also have tried to delete the base textures, but it doesn't work.

Question 2:
In lot editor, I could not see any buildings in NBVC marine lot.

1) that's strange indeed. It may have to do with the slope settings, make sure the slope tolerance is high. As for the base texture, Maxis LE can't save lots without a base texture. You will either have to use the Reader to delete it, or use the SC4PIM (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=2260) as that can save lots without base textures.
2) NBVC's lots do have a building, it's just incredibly small. See attached picture.

1)This problem relates to the method of gmax producing s3d. I do not have permission to access the SIMPEG website(I'm from asia).
I found a non-perfecting way to solve this. See attachment fig
2)the building is so small that I did not see it. Another question, the building has no foundation on slope ,how to do that?
1) Looks great! On a sidenote NBVC has a thread on SC4D as well (linkie (http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=10166.0)) maybe you can the find info there.
2) It has an invisible foundation. To do this, open the building exemplar (.desc file) in the Reader and change the Building foundation property to 0x194B0000. For good measure you can do the same for the lot exemplar, though lot foundations can be prevented all together when the foundation threshold has a larger value than the maximum slope allowed.
Thanks vortext
1) Question 1 has been solved.
2) I tried the method to edit building exemplar (.desc file)( the Building foundation property to 0x194B0000),
but it seems it doesn't work, I do not know what is wrong ()what()
