I'm looking for the Toronto city hall which I know exists because it can be seen here:

Anybody know where I can find this? Perhaps you have it in your plugins folder from a while back?
Also looking for these Toronto buildings circled in red which have seemed to disappeared from all sc4 file exchanges:

on the left is the RBC plaza, on the right is the TD building
