I can not find this file "kei-jpn-prop-basic set-01". Does anyone have or know where to download it?

The link I used to download it about 6 months ago leads to what I think is a dead page, which is not a good sign, sorry.

Sorry that links to the dead page also... it looks like from google search that it might be available on SimCity.cn (http://www.simcity.cn/thread-115188-1-1.html), the link isn't currently working for me but I don't think that site is dead.
