Print Page - Need file bldgprop

Hello, I've been looking all over the web, and this site, page after page and can't seem to find it. I have found many links for it but they just lead to "this file in no longer available or not on this server", or something like that. Can anyone please help me get this file, Vol1 and Vol2. Thanks.
