What it says in the title. Here's what I know.
The scrolling is painfully slow to non-existent. This only affects the region view.
The problem is not located in my plugins folder.
I'm running in hardware mode. I'm using a windowed 1600x900x32 resolution. I'm running the latest version of Windows 10. I'm using CAM 2.1.0, though the problem persists without any plugins.
Has anyone else run into this issue? And what solutions might there be?
Does the problem go away if you change to full screen mode?
Otherwise, have you tried another (standard) resolution. SC4 is surprisingly flexible for modern display formats, but 1600x900 doesn't seem like it would be well supported. I've a 1600x768 display on a laptop and I have to use 1280x768 to avoid problems with SC4.
It was indeed windowed mode. Running in full screen solved the problem.
