Title: Should I keep this Settings Configuration Notepad file in CP GloribeeChapel?

That seems to be a remnant of the SC4 Startup Manager, just delete it if you don't use that program (but then such a file would be present in every folder).

Thanks Andreas.  I thought it might be a leftover from something on CPs computer.  He had the same file in many of his downloads.

IIRC, it's a hidden file by default, so if CP is just zipping the files up from his plugins folder, it'll be included unawaringly. In any case, it doesn't do any harm, it's a simple text file.

Well you say that, but I have noticed a correlation between such "non SC4" files and instability in the game when too many such files exist. It's best to move anything that isn't an SC4 file out of plugins entirely.

Yep I like deleting or moving all non SC4 stuff out of my plugins folder.  That is what takes me so long to do.  I hate when the installer puts all the ReadMes and image files in there.  I move them to my SC4Vault folder.
