Title: Where do you download NAM?

Hello, I am new.

I bought Sim City 4 and have played quite a bit. I would like to download NAM to create roundabouts, new highway intersections, and other mass transits such as trolleys, but I don't know where to go.

Please if someone could explain me where to download it, I would be very grateful.
