I need help with something that is ruining my city. I think I accidentally deleted a file, possibly a dependency and/or plugin pack 1541397392. It has to do with Mattb325_SAC_Commercial. It's a nice building but it's popping up way more than it should. I must have done something wrong, because now boxes are popping up all over the place. I would really appreciate some help on this.

Not sure about your question.
Do you want to keep the lot/s or eliminate it completely?
If you you want to keep it then you need this dependency http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=2383
If you want to get rid of it completely then you need to still put that dependency back in your plugin, open the game, bulldoze all instances of the lot/s, save the game and then remove the primary file (https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/30881-sac-commercial/) and its dependencies from the plugin.
