I've seen several of these posted in CJs but have never seen an upload to the LEX or STEX. Queries in the aforementioned threads regarding their whereabouts seem to fall on deaf ears.... from what I've seen.
I've even seen a realistic rendering of Safeco field, for example...

In the first post, there is a link to download the stadium. As for the second stadium, I don't know where you can find that, I've never seen it before. Hope this helps!
The stadium in the bottom picture is from the same thread, but only on page 17 and has only been released in BETA.
