I have suggestion...could there be a new CAM label for CAM related files that are on the LEX and are going on the LEX in the near future?
It would make it much easier to find everything.

There is a CAM category for each of the different types of lots - Industry, Residential, Commercial Services, Commercial Offices and Farming. This is accessed from the Category Quick Search in the left side bar or under LEX Category on the Power Search.
