I'm looking for those three files, mentionned as dependency for some farms but not listed in the dependency list... And not found on the LEX :
SG Plantation Villas
SG_FarmSupplyEssentials
CP Textures Vol01
Perhaps are they included in more large packages...
I'm also looking for "BSC Bat Props MJB Mega pack". It's in the list, crediting to the LEX, but the link is pointing to an other pack... on the STEX...

Can't help you with the first three, but possible this (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=407) is the MJB pack you're searching for?

Although I am not sure where to get the others. I think the plantation villas by SG came with the sugar plantation farms.
The STEX's search facility is a bit wacky at the moment... *sigh* Anyway, I typed out the search query in the URL to find this:
SG Sugar Cane Farms (http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=12326). I think the Plantation Villas are included in there, if not, then I don't know. Sorry. :(
