I am currently translating the readme for the SAM (beta v1) to Japanese. Comments and suggestions are appreciated.

Moshi promised only to translate the Readme, and that is great! :thumbsup:
Within the file
SAM - Core.dat there are only two LTEXT files.
One contains the name of the mod, "Street Addon Mod (SAM)" and shouldn't really be translated.
The other one contains the instructions for how to use the starter puzzle pieces, and that one should definitely be translated, not just into Japanese, but into
all available languages (http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=532.0). That's something
jplumbley will have to return to before making the final version. ;)
I think its a great idea to have a translation for our japanese colleagues :thumbsup: ... and I volunteer for a Dutch translation if necessary. Just send the PM.
FYI, I moved the LTEXT files in the SAM - Core.dat to the Locale Plugin, so they're all together. :)

Thank you Moshi for working on translating the ReadME. There isnt much LTEXT wise that needs translation.
As for the Left-hand Drive, it may take me a while to figure out what they did for the LHD version. If it was something quick and simple it will be easy to fix for LHD but my sole goal is to get all SAM texture sets up and running before we start working on the other mods like LHD, Euro Textures and Japanese Textures.
If anyone from Japan has any texture sets they wish to enter into the SAM for consideration please contact me by PM. If someone is making a Japanese or a Euro Texture version of the released textures I also would like to know via PM.

Question: would the auto installation be easy enough for non-english speakers to understand?
Note:this readme references the same images as the english version
I can compile the installer with a Japanese language file, so everything shows up in Japanese - except the descriptions of the individual files on the components selection page. If you want to have these in Japanese as well, you'd have to translate the text in my installer script as well.
I'd be willing to translate. :)

Thank you for updating the SAM to be Japanesse. I would like to ask you to lock or remove any uploads of SAM BETA v1 now. I am going through the updating processes for SAM BETA v2 and will have it ready soon. I am taking a proactive stance and trying to prevent as many conflicts as possible by locking all uploads of the previous version in advance.
Again thank you for your support. SAM BETA v2 will need your support again, no LText files have changed, that I can think of at the moment. So your work wont be too big if there is any at all.
