Title: I really need the cleanitol tool, why can't I download?

NEW to SC4 devotion, 10 year SC veteran here--I got a link to the tool's page through google, but nowhere on the page has a download link. What gives? I registered with the BCS days ago and have not recieved an email yet? Is the BCS down or something?

I have activated you manually for the LEX so you should now be able to access and enjoy the content there.
