I've seen two on Simtropolis but they only increase commercial and industrial demand (which I really don't like), is there a true RCI demand mod that upgrades all demand for all regions of the RCI, or that include residential demand? And the ones I've used are by Buggi, and raphael (v2 demand ordinance)
Get the CAM... Its alot of downloading for the proper buildings for the CAM but it is worth the rebalancing of the game.... It helps fix demand issues which have been turned into giant problems due to the unconformity of Custom Content we add and make, but CAM and CAMeLots have fixed this to a certain extent and will only get better with the future releases.
CAM will take you to a whole new level of game play and it brings in that certain thrill back to SC4.... I highly recomemned it - pat
