I'm sure I'm missing something simple -
Boyles Warehouses shows up with no buildings and when I load the city which it is in I get a message stating "the following plug in pack is missing 860487514"
I've double checked all of the listed dependencies for the lot and ran cleanitol for each of of them and can find nothing missing.
Any suggestions?
Is there a reference chart where one can look up to see what dependency pack 860487514 is?

The Boyles Warehouse prop is included in jestarr's Mega Prop Pack Vol. 4, so make sure you have that one installed, and if you have, maybe the file got corrupt somehow. Or maybe your lot files got corrupted - try to reinstall the prop pack and the warehouse lots again.

I'll ad your tip to my "knowledge base" - as it would happen that pack did not have a Cleanitol file to run.
