I had some spare-time and created a translation of the SC4Tool for Dutch. I got some minor tweaking to do, should I then upload the file, or do you already have a Dutch translation (then I will be " :'( ")

Yes, a Dutch translation should be included by default, but I'm not sure if it's complete. So maybe yours is better - and surely appreciated by all Dutch SC4 fans. :)
