This problem has been nagging at me for months and it's really annoying me... every other tile in a region is fuzzy (checkerboard pattern sort of thing)... It only happens with mediums.
Any clues? I think it may be the config but I can't be sure.
EDIT: Cities, when loaded up, display perfectly.
