Title: Region View Bug - Bottom Edge of all maps have a black bar

I'm having a bug in Region View. Anytime I use the in-game terraformer and return to the region view, the saved screentshot of the region has a black bar at the bottom edge of the region. Any idea what the problem is here?

SC4 + RH
Vista Premium
Radeon HD2600XT
AMD Opteron 170, DFI LanParty NF4 Ultra-D, 2GB PC4000 DDR

O yes. I am having the same problem.
I am using vista x32

What resolution are you playing SC4 in?

This happened to me when I set the resolution to 1920x1200. When I changed it to 1680x1050, the black bars went away. I guess the game wasn't meant to be played at such a high resolution.  &mmm

Oddly enough this bug shows up only on newly created terrains. Regions provided with the game itself are displayed perfectly also after cities are played and saved.

As far as I can tell, it only affects the largest sized cities, and IIRC the Maxis-made regions seem to only have medium and small cities.
