I was wondering if someone could please make a rowing boathouse. For those who aren't familiar with the sport, it's rowing in the long, skinny racing shells that you often see on the Charles River in Boston and the Schuykill in Pennsylvania, among other places. (Example. (http://www.newpointcomfort.com/row/row_images/row3.4.2.jpg)) I'd expect a building like this would go wonderfully with Goober's canals (for an urban setting) or PEG's pond and stream kit (for more rural locations). A version to go between land and game water would be nice, but I imagine that would be harder, and rowing rarely occurs on the ocean anyway.
I've dreamed for a long time of recreating Boathouse Row, and lots like this would be wonderful. I've posted this request on the Simtropolis boards, but I thought it might get more attention here. I think it would be a very unique and interesting project for a talented (unlike me) BATter.
Here are some photo examples to get people started:

I thought I'd check up on this request, and noticed it hasn't gotten much interest, which kind of surprises me. I thought this was a pretty original idea.
Anyway, the interest is still there, so if someone's looking for a good project, I think they could have some fun with this one.
