Title: Italia Tree Controller

I have the Italia Terrain Mod but can't find the Italia Tree Controller anywhere. I've tried Google-ing it and searching for it on ST and the forums but with no luck. Can anyone help me?

It was on the PLEX, but somehow someone decided it is not worthwhile to host those nice files which can only be found there
