Title: Mod that removes the border around the screen

I'm thinking about beginning an MD soon, but I'm pretty certain that there's a mod out there that removes the colored border that shows whether the simulation is paused/playing/disaster. I haven't been able to find it, though. Does anyone have any ideas?
