Title: lanes that reverse direction on highways

Lanes that reverse direction would be awsome! There are some on tyvola bvd in charlotte nc. Ps they are marked with a dashed double yellow line. :)

The game does not support "time of day" based pathing. All paths are 24/7 when created. It would be a nice feature if the game would support it.....
