I'm looking for a mall. I know of the ones currently available, but I saw (a few days ago) a mall under construction in someone's thread, and I can't remember who was building it. He/She had asked if anyone would be interested in a mall and people were responding affirmatively. Does anyone know of a mall under construction now?
