intersections. I want to make a sunken highway wiht overpasses like this.

this NAM Request sounds like a good idea to me. So this is a road crossing over a hwy? I have seen something like this over railroad tracks in RL.

No there are no plans to make diagonal highway Onslopes.

sorry for the confusion, i meant is it possible to make any sort of diagonal on slope puzzle piece?

I guess a diagonal onslope piece would require two pieces (for a onelane network)? One with a connector and one onslope piece to connect it with the non-onslope diagonal puzzlepieces?
