I remember a while ago that there was an extended version of PEGs swinging bridge. It was quite a bit longer. I didn't think it would be very useful at the time but I have suddenly found a need for it. I can't seem to spot it anywhere. Since PEG's PLEX is down I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone else remembered it or if I am just imagining it. And since this is the forum to ask: "Where can I find this...?" Anyone know where to find it currently.

Gaston,
The only one I know of is the PineTrail-SwayBridge here is a link :http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=14810&v=1 hope this helps
Here is one I did ...
http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=158
You have to be logged into the LEX before you use the link.

Thanks Colyn. Thats the one I was looking for. I didn't see it on the LEX. Hmmmm, I wonder why I didn't see it there.

Gaston, Peg's swaybridge can be found here (http://jphayden.com/forum/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=cat10;tpstart=20). I know you found Colyn's but variety is the spice of life ... or something like that.
Thanks vab423,
I already had PEG's but was looking for the longer version for a specific application in one of my cities. Thanks for posting the link anyway, someone might just be looking for that. I do wish there was a version that was in between the two lengths. PEG's is just a bit too short and the other is way too long. I don't know how to edit a lot with an over hanging prop. My guess would be you'd have to edit the prop (BAT) itself. Thanks for the post anyway.

Oops, the login screen. What sarjm said and also privilege. (Thanks sarjm) Also, if that's only one footer that's repeated on every page of the downloads section, you'll only need to correct those typos once -- otherwise, it'll need to be corrected on all the pages.
privilege is correct. :D
aaaahhhh, ye canna blame me fer those...I just do pretty pictures
Can we "blame" you for the pretty "recently updated" pic then? :P

Not on subsequent pages. ;-)
I hate doing screenies, but this is what was on one of the lot download pages:
Access to this Exchange is a privilige and not a right. Please abide by the Exchange Rules and have fun.. Hopefully, it's one footer on all the pages, so it only needs to be changed once. Otherwise .... glad it's not mine. :P
@Lee, the pics are VERY pretty - you're a talented guy. M4346, were you referring to the "recently udpates" header?

Guilty as charged :'( :'( :'(
That's not the worst I ever did though..years ago I did design work for Lloyds Bank in the UK and their logo is a black horse on it's hind legs....they were driving me mad one day so I decided to make the horse a real "stallion", fully equipped to see if they really proof-read their stuff...they didn't spot it and I forgot to remove it from the slides (it was for a Year end financial presentation to city analysts way back before the advent of LCD projectors).. one observant person spotted it and spent the entire presentation in fits of laughter....needless to say we lost the client.
Sorry, gaston - we seemed to have hijacked your thread. Lee, do you moderate this forum? Should our tangent be moved to the appropriate spot?

"Why I'm an Independent Contractor" by Callagrax - pretty funny stuff!
Wow, I sparked a lively discussion by asking for Colyn's bridge. LOL Very cool indeed. Colyn is there a way to edit the bridge so it is a bit shorter (less length)? Don't get me wrong, I love it but if there was a version that was in between PEG's and yours; as far as length, it would be very useful.

If the moderators want to delete this forum to save some space, please feel free I don't think it is going to go any farther than it has. ()sad()

Maybe oneday I will make a shorter one ... I did that one spcifically to see how far the BAT and my PC can go :)
LOL Thanks Colyn. It worked really well for what I was trying to do. It'd be cool if there was a way to make it vary in length. I've go a set of pipeline pieces that the "bridge" piece is actually 2 pieces and you just put them closer together to make it shorter. It works pretty well. U might think about doing it that way someday. ;D
