I've been playing SC4 for a while now. With all the plugins I had, I began to use the Dat Packer which sped up the loading times I have also used cleanitol to remove duplicate files. However, it the game speed seems somewhat slow. What other ways can I increase the speed?

you may want to check the Performance Tools board (http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?board=124.0) ... you are aware about some of them, but you'll find more tips and trick there, and you may also want to check the Startup Manager ;)
