Well the UK petrol prices have been getting higher and higher, the average unleaded petrol price for the UK is £1.14 ($2.25) a litre. Recent figures suggest that the UK has the tenth highest unleaded petrol prices in europe, we pay the most tax on petrol in the world and prices are predicted, by the end of this summer, to hit £1.50 ($2.96) a litre! My area we roughly pay £1.16 ($2.29) a litre at the moment, I live between Nottingham and Derby.

I was just wondering how much you pay on average for petrol?
Post how much you pay in either USD/litre or GBP/litre. www.xe.com can help you with conversions.
Example
Northampton, United Kingdom
Petrol/Litre = £1.25 ($2.47)
Here's your chance to rant about fuel prices!
Jono.
Over here in Californ-i-a, Different stations have different rices. Right now, Arco's the lowest at $4.03 a gallon, while Chevron, Shell, and 76 are all tied at $4.49 a gallon. Analysts say we could hit $5.20 a gallon by the end of summer, the rate the prices have gone up.
It is hovering around a $1.30 a litre here.

Here in Melbourne Australia, it got up to a record around A$1.65 (no time to find the exchange rate :P) a litre just last week.
It will probably be around A$1.45/L for the next few days of the cycle.
At the moment, it's about 1,50 € ($2.36/£1.19) per liter in Germany for regular and premium. The highest I saw a few days ago was like 1.55 € or so ($9 per gallon!!!). Regular used to be one or two cents less, but since a while, but it seems like they want to phase out regular altogether. Diesel used to be at least 15 to 20 cent or so cheaper than regular, but now it's almost the same price, which is quite a shock for diesel drivers, since they have to pay a lot more taxes for the car, and also the cars are more expensive. The only bonus is that modern diesel cars use less gas than comparable petrol ones these days.
126.9 here in Sudbury, diesel however is 145.9.
eeks that is sad and here is the kicker to our pants in Saudi Ariba they are paying only $0.49 a gallon US Dollar and while in Iraq its something like a mere $0.29... On Military Bases (Texas to be particular) in the US the average price per gallon is sitting around $2.769/10 as the last I heard and that wasn't to long ago... While here in Wisconsin Im paying $4.149/10 a gallon whats wrong with this picture???
(US) $4.06 a gallon (about (US) $1.07 per liter) just down the street. The local stations have seen fit to knock off the 9/10 cent business- I think they all realized that some things were just a little bit too far over the top.

Last i went and filled up the other day by the Exxon where i live in hermitage east of nashville its $3.76 with prices in the downtown area probly higher...its been a while since i went into town.
Seems like Europe has to endure really high fuel prices. You lucky people across the pond have it cheaper! &mmm
Here in NZ 91 unleaded has hit $2/l for the first time with diesel not at $1.739/litre

Main reason for that is it's not taxed to kingdom come like here...that and the oil companies in the US know that Americans with their car culture would never stand for such prices, especially as the US has it's own oil fields. The UK has to import nearly all of it's oil.
In Tromsø Norway, the price for Diesel is about 3,1$ / 1,5£ for liter. and regular petrol have a price about 2,8$ / 1,4£ for a liter.
The prices in Tromsø use to be slightly more expensive than rest of the country (About 0,2$). This to get away from the tollboot practice you find in most city. But instead charce 0,2$ in exstra tax to cover road expenses. In this way it will be more fair, as those who drive much, most pay more than those who dont drive much. With tollboots, a person who dont drive much could have to pay much just because he accidentaly live right outside a boot, while one driving all the time wouldnt have to pay anything because he is lucky and live at inside of the boot-ring.
Prices in US and Canada looks to be very low. I dont think such low prices have been in Norway for at least 15 years. As far i understand those prices are low because its not being taxed so much as in many European countries. Since many European countries are increasing taxes on fuel with the excuses of environmental issues.
Here in Sydney, Australia, it's A$1.53/L, A$5.79/gal. [in US dollars, it is: US$1.46/L, US$5.55/gal] That's for unleaded petrol.
We're screwed if diesel hits A$2/L.
And diesel is... A$1.80/L, A$6.81/gal [US$1.73/L, US$6.54/gal].
Unfortunately, because the Aussie dollar's real strong against the US dollar, petrol prices are higher because the oil companies are cutting their margins to the bone selling petrol here.
Lets' see. We purchase gas by the gallon. 1 gal = 3.79 liters.
One dollar = 2.33 Euro/1.86 British pounds.
Multiply that out? A gallon at $3.69 = 8.83 Euro/7.04 pounds.
Filling my 10 gallon (37.9 liter) tank with petrol at my local filling station costs $37.90 but would cost $85.73 if I purchased it where Jonoboo lives and $89.73 if I purchased it at Andrea's location.
However, if Cal purchased his petrol in South Carolina it would cost 19.12 pounds and Andreas would only have to pay 24.01 Euro.
At any rate - I am fortunate in that I've always had small fuel efficient cars. So I fill my tank with $40 of gas every other week as I live about 8 miles from my work. Still, it is twice what I paid last year at this time.
QuoteMultiply that out? A gallon at $3.69 = 8.83 Euro/7.04 pounds.
Conversion's incorrect. ;)
1 euro should equal $2.33.
1 pound should equal $1.86.
Actually, dunno what the current exchange rates are... :P
prices have gone up today again >_<
If I refuel at a cheap station (aka, one that doesn't serve at maximum price) I'd probably pay 1.38e/liter (= 2.175$/liter = 8.24$/gallon) for diesel. About 30 cents more then in januari %wrd
I'm happy my cars runs at 4.5 liter/100km, or else I'd be ruined. I drive about 100km each day (live at 50km from work) so today I spent 6.20 euros just going to work and back. Man, I should just stay at home...

I wouldn't mind moving to New Zealand, the UK has nothing to offer now, taxed to much, NHS fails, Police fails, Schools fail. Its all the bureaucracy they have to put up with.
The only thing that worries me is the fact that they have started censoring and banning certain video games and stuff.
DKK 11,43 here, or USD 2,415 / EUR 1,532 for 95 unleaded.
When t comes to European prices v. American, it's right that most of them are taxes (70 % or something I believe). But this also lead people to buy more fuel efficient cars, in addition to being less affected by rise in oil costs (since most taxes are fixed, and not percentage based). But I'd really like to see the oil cost go down, so that they can remove that kerosene charge on air tickets could be removed!

Seeing as how Canada has more than enough oil in northern Alberta to supply the US for 300 years and even more than that believed to be in northern Saskatchewan, I really don't see why we are needing to pay so much. THANKS OPEC!
Also.. a good chunk of that buck thirty is federal tax.
It just had to hit 4 dollars a gallon when I got my Driver's Permit :P I think someone's trying to tell me something.
I heard another unsettling thing in the news today - during the summer, the price of natural gas might go up by 20 or 25 percent, since it's connected to the oil price (but other than oil, there still seems to be a lot of natural gas left). This could be another hit for many, since it's rather common (at least in Europe) to have central heating that is powered by natural gas. The reason is that back in the 70's and 80's, when big gas resources were found in Russia and elsewhere, the energy companies made big investments to build pipelines and such, and to ensure that they would get back their money eventually, contracts with made that connect the natural gas price for up to fifty (!!!) years with the oil price. So now that the oil price went up dramatically, the natural gas prices will go up as well, and that means an additional 200 to 300 EUR that every household would have to pay per year... &mmm
same here in the states when oil is up so is natural gas... One thing folks are doing at least here in the northwoods of Wisconsin is to invest in outdoor wood burners to cut down on the heating crunch as its cheeper to do... Currently gas price here in Rhinelander has droped down to 4.09 9/10
$4.15/gal in San Jose, California, for regular unleaded at an off-brand gas station. Name-brand regular unleaded is about $4.29/gal. Diesel is more than $5/gal at all gas stations.
But the oil companies aren't making a profit from sales, according to the execs' testimonies last week on Capitol Hill ... they're just "investing wisely." Yeah, whatever.

Whats worse it seems that congress investagtions bite into that and belive that BS.... Vicki Im soo sorry for you that you got to put 120 miles on your car a day now, you must be filling up every other day?
Last year, $50 of petrol would give me at least two weeks of good, everyday driving.
Now, to get that, I have to put in $50 every other day, because it hardly puts in a quarter or so of a tank of petrol now.
i dont know what u all are tlking about-gas is free. well, it is if u have a length of hose and a gas can... &idea
where i live, here in florida, it is between $3.95/gallon and up to $4.05/gallon. i can't do the exchange, but with my 30 gallon bronco, i'm sure it is worse than yours. for any of you europeans, or australians, or asian, or others that i have not seen, what is the largest tank that you know of? cause i've heard people say, "oh, it's almost $9/gallon in England, so we should be happy." but i also heard that some of the cars dont hold many gallons of gas. so what is it?
It's $3.73/Gallon right now, here in Wichita, Kansas. I have a F150 pick-up with a 30 gallon capacity. It cost me $107.00 to fill up a few days ago. It's really starting to cut into my beer budget!
about $0.70USD but it is heavily subsidized atm
Around €1.20 per litre. That's more than US$7.00 per gallon.
It's gonna rise more, as the tax we pay is lower than the rest of Eurozone, but EU dictates that the tax is "harmonised" throughout Eurozone. I think it's the last year we pay lower tax.

It doesn't matter how many gas can go into a car's tank during one fill-up, but it matters how much gas a car needs for a certain distance. For a 30 gallon fill-up, I'd have to pay 175 €/$275 in Germany. Luckily, my car only needs about 5 liters per 100 km, so I could go at least 2000 km/1250 mi with said 30 gallons...
I just came home after filling the car up. And the price have just recently gone up from 2,8$ litre to 3,0$ litre (regular). That should be about 11,4$ for a gallon.
The government have just stated that they will raise the taxes on fuel, so we are waiting for even higher prices.
$4.15/gallon here for Regular, about $4.40 for Premium.
Yikes! :o

Hi Zane - Ah, but you have a computer and can surf over the SC4Devotion. Glad to see you can still do the important things :D ;)
Right now, I live in Chicago, which is as I've heard about the highest. My parents' house is in the cheaper suburbs, where gas is now $4.29/gal, but near me, it's $4.59 today. Though supply hasn't gone down (up actually) prices have, really it's oil companies raising prices with no real reason (record profits there, gas stations only make a few cents a gallon after all)... that and "It's running out!" commentaries from various eggheads around the world, true maybe but the price rise shouldn't occur until the supply can no longer keep up with demand.
... that turned out to be a bit of rant...
I don't know that for sure, but I do know gas per gallon is around $4.15 in my neighborhood. When it comes out, I'm seriously considering purchasing one of those "compressed air" cars. Either that or a non-ethanol Hybrid like the nice pretty burgundy Honda FCV.

I've actually got a scooter myself--a little 49cc Honda that you don't need a motorcycle endorsement to ride (50cc is the cutoff here in Oregon). It's right now my main mode of transportation. Usually tops out at 38mph, though I've got it up to (at least) 40 going down an extremely steep hill (the speedometer stops at 40).
It takes $5 or so to fill that up even now. Gas was around $4.40 for regular last time I checked, and at least $4.60 for premium. It's probably gone up even more since then.

a motorcycle is not worth it IMO... sure, it's cheap comparing gas prices. sure, you get through a traffic jam somewhat faster then cars. sure, the wind blowing through your fingers and the mighty engine between your legs is a great feeling... but is really worth risking your life? And you can say I'll be carefull, but that's hardly the point. A lot of accidents happen, and most of the people involved are not to blame. I've been in a total loss accident that was not my fault a few years ago. Had I been riding a motorcycle, I'd be eating through a tube now.
oh, and gas prices seem to have stabilized over here... paid 1.327 euro/ltr for diesel a few days ago (though i saw a cheap gas station not too far from work where they sell it 1.287). Official price is 1.427 if I'm not mistaken.
OK, I've just been reading through here and think a few things need to be looked at:
US petrol/gas is measured in US$/Gallon
1 gallon is 3.7 litres. Most other countries measure in currency/litre.
So far it seems the UK are being stuffed here. With the highest currency they are still paying more than the others per litre.
Looking back onto the last few pages, and using a currency converter I have the following: $US/L
MG (UK): $2.69/L
SA (AUS): $1.50/L
Burg (USA): $1.13/L
Tarkus (USA) $1.16/L
Andreas (GER): $2.46/L
Vario (GER): $2.38/L
Une Ame (FRA): $2.40/L

Cogeo (GRE): $1.89/L
Vistila (USA): $0.98/L
jjune (USA): $1.07/L
Vab (USA): $1.13/L
IAGTEU (USA): $1.05/L
KRBE: (DEN): $2.42/L (Assumed /L)
rodrigogua (MEX) $0.70/L (Assumed /L)
Qtips (NOR): $2.79/L
Palpatine (NZ): $1.5/L
Filasimo (USA): $0.99/L
Dedgren (USA): $1.08/L
Etherian (AUS): 1.59/L
UN1 (CAN): $1.29/L
Wes Janson (CAN): $1.29/L
TopCliff (USA): $1.18/L
Jonoboo (UK): $2.27/L
As you can see, there is quite a variance in price. These are worked out using todays exchange rate and a conversion of 3.785L to the gallon.

I agree with Diggis about the gas guzzling cars that seem to proflierate in the US. If you had had to pay more previously maybe you would, by now, have started using smaller, more economic vehicles and wouldn't be complaining so much now. Our fuel price has doubled in the 6 years we have been here in France but we bought economic cars at the start and while the cost of filling up my small Renault 5 has doubled I still get the same km/l as I did when I bought it.
$2.37/l (Dkr. 11.19) is what I paid ½ an hour ago for our lowest grade gas ("92 octane") at a "Discount" gas station. Nvm, I read yesterday that we Danes are the happiest nation on Earth (so why do whiners and bigots dominate our media?). Don't worry, be happy ???

As for me, living here in the midwest I paid $3.69/gal (which I think converts out to $.97/L). Got to love Missouri.... :P
Here in Southern Ontario gas prices are hovering around $1.35 Canadian a litre.
So, thats roughly $5 US a gallon. Diesel is even more.

Here in southwest Virginia gasoline is actually under $4 a gallon! It varies from $3.579 per gallon on the regular kind on Interstate 81 to about $3.70 in and around Roanoke. (That tiny number 9 means that the gas station charges an extra nine cents for ten gallons of gas - just another way to squeeze you dry. Going down now. It was $4.10 a gallon last time I filled up. It got as high as $4.50.
It's getting to be surprisingly cheap on the west side of Portland . . . a lot of places are selling regular unleaded for $3.79/gallon. It's come down a lot in the past month--a pleasant surprise.
-Alex (Tarkus)
It's dropped below A$1.50/litre here now, which is a bit of a relief.
I just heard a couple days ago that it's under $3.50 a gallon here in southwest Virginia (maybe $3.47 i think)
last few days here in Rhinelander its been $ 3.84 a gallon
AH, relief, its gone down by around 10p since the last time I posted :D
£1.12/Litre
UK Drivers, check out http://www.petrolprices.com/ it compares prices of petrol stations near your area.

And it just went down another nickel today to $3.79/gallon here in Tomahawk.
Up in the western fringes of the Portland, OR area (where I am right now), it's $3.69/gallon at the local Chevron, which has some of the cheapest gas in all of Oregon . . . certainly in the Metro area.
-Alex (Tarkus)
Every gas station here sells at the same price...no competition amongst the dozen or so around town.
A$1.48.9/litre
(US$1.29.7/litre)
It's steadied out around there.
It's dropped to $ 3.95 / gallon here.
The average in the Austin, TX area is $3.57 a gallon, but the 7-Eleven down the street from my house has gas at $3.48/gallon, and the lowest gas in the area is $3.43/gallon.

I was listening to the radio the other day and they were talking about how petrol prices NEVER go down at the pump in Ireland. Pretty typical of this country to be honest. It's 1.34 per lite for unleaded and 1.44 for diesel (in euro) here at the moment.
today i got gas at $3.649 US. i did get $3.639 a couple of days ago, but that station went up to $3.699...no thank you!!!
I live here in Mississippi... the price jumped from $3.45gal to $4.67gal overnight.... and has been going up thoughout the day... though it will stop finally by tommarrow at $5.46gal by the end of this weekend because we have state laws to provent price guaging....
My brother-in-law works for one of the local gas companies and most of Mississippi and east LA supply terminals are out of fuel so stations are limited to what they currently have in their underground tanks for at least the next 7 to 10 days.
Our local distribution terrminals recieve fuel though pipelines leading up from Houston which is why they are shut down... They will be getting fuel though over the road tankers... which is the reason the price will be in the $5.46 to $5.80 range wholesale.
I do a lot of driving in the San Diego-Riverside corridor in southern California. Highest price ever was a few months ago at (I believe) about $4.19. Got some this morning at $3.61.
Gas's shot up from $3.60~3.65 to $4.19~4.89 here in Central Illinois. Odd that the price spread is so high, but it must be a supply shock.
Well with the news of Hurricane Ike, gas on the Outer Banks of NC (just south of me) shot up from about $3.40/gallon to $5.09/gallon, as people stocked up fearing a shortage because of the storm. Around my city (Hampton, VA), it went from about $3.30/gallon to $3.899/gallon today. There were some pretty long lines everywhere, and many stations sold out after a few hours.
BourneID: Hope that doesn't happen here... better go fill up now before it gets any higher.
I can't give you per liter, so I will give it to you in gallons.
For gas, it is $5.58-$5.60. For diesel, it is over $4.50. Central Minnesota, USA.
Well, it seems the price issues haven't really hit the West Coast--at least not yet. I just drove by a few gas stations, and the prices I were seeing were in the $3.73/gallon range. That's about what they've been for awhile now.
-Alex
Our gasoline prices are 51.25-P52.85 PHP per liter. (1 USD is around 46-47 PHP)
Ours went down by 2.00 PHP just a few days ago.
about €1,50/litre
Today in Rhinelander Wisconsin the great Cheese Head State we are sitting at only 3.69 a gallon...
We were $1.35 CAD/litre a week ago and now it has dropped to $1.11CAD/litre.
I feel like I am saving alot of money now, but when I remeber back to more than a year ago when it was below a dollar, I wonder to myself, "what in the world is giong on?"
Robin &mmm
I agree with you on that one Robin!! Its sad to say that I am happy at 3.69 but gosh I remember only a few years ago paying average 1.50 a gallon here in Wisconsin but in Illinois it would have been say about 1.20 a gallon... I miss those days siiiiiiiiiiiigh
I wonder what it costs to fill the Fire Engine. ::)
The lowest I have seen yesterday in Metro Detroit was $3.37 per gal.
Well here it's $3.45-$3.55/gallon, a considerable drop from last time I posted, but still shocking considering the fact that I'm 15 and yet I remember paying 97 cents a gallon...
Well back in the day when I was working in my cousins gas station I was pumping gas at a huge price of 17.9 cents a gallon. :o Gas was $4.00 a gal last week so I guess the $3.37 is a little better.
i know it really sucks in the southeast. i live in florida, and mine is about $3.50/gallon, but in georgia, south carolina, alabama, mississippi, louisiana, it can get up to $4.50/gallon. i heard in the news about many stations running out of gas b/c of no supply! so they have to keep it that high!
2 days ago, it was 1.419 € per litre here.
Woa, cheapest near me now is 88p a litre. Big drop since when I first posted. At least one good thing came out of the recession.
I have seen it as low as .77 cents per liter.
I almost feel rich after I fill up my tank now. $%Grinno$%
Robin
well here in Rhinelander we are down to $ 1.85 a gallon... Now if I was to travel to Elcho which is about 20 miles from me its about $ 1.50 a gallon hmmm can we say someone is getting yay!!! lol either way I happy for the drop in price!!!
Well here gas dropped down to $1.57/gallon about a week ago, and has since been hovering at $1.65, though it appears to be gradually increasing again, despite the price of oil still dropping.
I'm paying $0.38 per liter ($1.45 per gallon) in Mississippi...
Cheers,
Kevin

Makes me wanna cry... I pay $1.45 (1.15 €)
per liter at the moment. Rather "cheap", compared to the insane 1.45 € we had to pay a few months ago, but the price didn't exactly drop by a whopping 100% or more like in the US, since the taxes won't be reduced by a single penny. ()sad()
here in iowa, 1.69 a gallon. Better than 3.99 this summer...
Is there still a possibility of oil producing countries to reduce production to drive up prices?
The prices of gas really gets me upset.
Summer high price - @$1.40 per liter
This morning - .74 cents
How in the world can it go from so high to the price it is now?
I wish they was some way that the price of gas could be regulated like rent (at least here in Ontario) Rent can not raise more than 2.6 % without premission from the Rental Board.
I think it is because of some greedy people in certain places. ::)
Robin >:(
$1.51 here now... with some of the more expensive stations (Shell, BP) back up to around $1.70/gallon.

Of course it is! :P
I agree and that whats it boils down to the greedy oil companys!!! Gas price has dropped here in Rhinelander to 1.79 woot!!!
$1.75 is the lowest I've seen around here.
Come on people, take an economics course, everyone gets mad at the oil companies but no one ever looks at the government that put up all the regulations on who can drill where, they make it take years to aquire a permit, the oil companies than have to fight off billions of dollars in phony lawsuits from environmentalist to produce the energy that we need. meanwhile big government takes 50% of their profits here in the usa right off the back, foloowed by a 64 cent per gallon tax on a gallon of gas that we consumers pay.(Cali) so we get taxed twice and what does the government do other than give monet to those who sit around on wel-fare. so now that i've finished ranting, we're paying 1.53 per gallon and our government is getting almost 1.20 of that for doing nothing
yesterday evening I paid 0.97€/L in britain (France)
diesel is about 90 cent/liter around here. regular around 1.05 euro/liter. As Andreas mentioned, it's much less then the summer peak, but our prices are still higher than the peak prices in the US.
OPEC will probably slightly reduce capacity, but prices won't rise until the economy picks up again. Ironically, the economy will probably start picking up soon (in a couple months) since oil prices are low. For those somehwat familiar with system&control sciences, this is a nice example of an oscillating system because of the large delay in the feedback loop.
We're down to the $1.40s here now... I thought prices had bottomed out and started rising then, but apparently not. They're still falling.
Lowest in my area is $1.719 per gallon (or around €0.33/L), and that's just because New York has tons of taxes on it. This is the lowest I have ever seen them. Certainly since I started driving a year and a half ago. Here's hoping we drop below $1!
74 cents. ;D
Gas is currently $1.35/gallon or $0.35/liter...its the cheapest I've seen it since 2001.
Cheers,
Kevin

Heh, in Germany, there's like 0.80 €/L of taxes alone, and the rest is the actual price of the gas... (about 1.07 to 1.11 €/L at the moment) &mmm
Gas prices here have been insane.
During the summer it was about 3.50/gal and then the hurricanes hit the gulf coast, shutting down almost all the pipelines to the area (Knoxville, TN) and gas hit $4.50-5.00/gal for about a week. Highest gas prices in the entire country. Normally our gas is .20 less than the average. We had shortages everywhere for a month. Now I've seen it as low as $1.39/gal and it could easily go lower.
3 cheers for the recession!
We're hovering in the $1.30's here, but I've noticed a slight rise in prices over the past week or so. 6 months ago it hit $4 here, and $5 just south in the Outer Banks.
But how long will it last? &mmm
last time I refueled my (diesel) car at 0.786€/l, the lowest price in over 4 years! seems funny just this summer I was complaining about 1.35€/l :)
oh, and for the americans I did a quick back-of-the-envelope calculation on the mileage of my car, apparantly it does around 50 miles to the gallon ;D
i think here gasoline is U$ 1.20/l,and could be like U$0.80/l if taxes isn't so high
Quite interesting that you bump this thread again... Here, gas is almost as expensive as last year - currently 1.379 EUR per liter for Super (premium) at the local gas station. Diesel is a bit cheaper (1.129 EUR), but since a few weeks, prices went up all the time...
Inside the Metro Vancouver area the price is around a $1/Cdn a litre. Outside it ranges 20-30 cents cheaper due to the Translink tax (Translink is the company that runs our public transportation system, but is also responsible for upkeep of roads/bridges). Personally I am somewhat okay with the tax because it is helping to expand our elevated rail system to the much needed outlying suburbs.
Bulgaria, Eastern Europe:
A95H - 2.03 lv (~ 1 euro), А98H - 2.21 lv (~ 1.1 euro), diesel - 1.87 lv (~ 0.94 euro)
Hampton, VA: US$2.599 on average. Over the past month it has risen about $1
In Wilmington NC, 2.619 .gal unleaded , 2.529 .gal Diesel at the cheapest stations in town.
Jayson
2.5 further out in the country. 2.589 Unleaded what I paid at work. 2.650 closest to home. ()what()
current for Rhinelander WI $2.49
$2.239 out here... Falling slowly, but just a few weeks ago it was over $2.50
Approx 2.49 USD here, but last summer was 4.99, highest I saw, but in the big city nearby, was as much as 6.00 USD.
Umm, I don't know what it is per liter, but it's $2.19 USD per gallon at a nearby gas station. I guess that comes out to like $.60 USD per liter?
1,17 €/L in Biscarrosse, France for the unleaded (Euro95)
$2.69 here in Las Vegas, Nevada America!
Now I'm seeing it for $2.09 per gallon
Here in Los Angeles, the Chevron down the street is selling a gallon of regular unleaded for $3.07. Expensive, I know. Welcome to California. At least our gas taxes fund transportation projects...
How about $9 (€6) per gallon? That's what we're paying in the UK......You think $3 is expensive? ()what()
roughly 1.10 euros per litre here,
Quote from: callagrafxHow about $9 (€6) per gallon?
how mouch is 1 gallon (in litres)?
1 Gallon = 3.785 liter
When I drove by the local gas station, it was 1.35 EUR per liter, that's about 5.15 EUR or US-$ 7.50 per gallon.
Filled up yesterday for about $2.60/gal. I think if gas went to $7 around here, people would go back to horse and buggy for transportation.
